*A 24-hour cancellation notice is expected or a service charge will apply

*Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment incur a 50% service charge

*A no-call-no-show” will be charged at 100% of the cost of the booked appointment

*No-call-no-show gift certificate appointments will be considered redeemed

*As of February 2023, a 2% card fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions
