Booking Procedures
To best protect your appointment and secure your time with your service provider, Halo requires a first and last name, phone number, email address, and card on file. No deposit will be taken for your appointment unless expressly stated by Team Halo and confirmed by you, and you are welcome to use your payment method of choice (card, check, debit/credit card, Google/Apple Pay) at time of service.
Appointments that do not provide notification of delay or absence more than 30 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-call-no-show and charged according to cancellation policy. We encourage you to be proactive in communicating with us about any changes or appointment needs so we can best accommodate you prior to the cancelation window.
As always, gift cards expire 365 days after purchase, and clients will need to indicate use of a gift card at time of purchase.
TreatCard points apply only to services and products not yet received. Should you have previously received a service or product at Halo, you will not be eligible to use TreatCard points for that service or product. Eligible products and services can be found listed at Halo, or you can ask our front desk team if you have any questions.
For 2025, Halo's debit and credit card fee has increased to 3% to partially cover the processing costs associated with card payments. No fee will be applied to cash, check, or gift card payments.
Card & Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a valid card on file. This secures your appointment with service provider.
Client may use other forms of payment at the time of appointment, and no hold or charge will be incurred at time of booking. No appointments will be held without a card on file.
Halo may require a non-refundable deposit for certain services or for clients with repeated tardiness or no-show appointments.
Appointments can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours prior to service. Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge. All no-call-no-show appointments are charged 100% of service cost.
