Sarah’s passion for beauty started when she was young and led her to her first salon job as a receptionist when she was still in high school. It was there, surrounded by stylists working with clients, that she was motivated to pursue her degree in Cosmetology at Augusta Tech, get more work experience under her belt, and make her dream of opening Halo come true. Sarah is a Master in Cosmetology and possesses a natural instinct in color selection and correction.

Opening Halo in 2007 allowed Sarah to expand her vision of how to deliver great customer service in an exciting environment. Since Halo’s inception, Sarah has encouraged growth for each individual, staff and clients included. She has spent the last twenty years seizing every opportunity to grow in her profession. Each year she and other Halo team members bring skilled educators from companies like Goldwell, Wahl, Hattori Hanzo, Kett, Temptu, and Sunlights & attend multiple courses and seminars across the US to keep abreast of the latest in products, techniques and services, including at J. Beverly Hills in Los Angeles; Vidal Sassoon in London; Deva Academy and Goldwell-KMS Academy in New York City; Dermalogica in Atlanta, GA;Premiere in Orlando, FL; and NYC Makeup Show.

Sarah has a passion for the beauty industry and wants to share her knowledge with all who come through the salon doors and her chair. She enjoys giving others that extra something to make them feel special, important, and beautiful! Her staff and clients know that Halo provides exceptional services at a great value, only using to-of-the-line products for hair and skin in the beauty industry.
