Your appointment is very important to our team members of Halo Salon and Spa and it is reserved especially for you.

CREDIT CARD

Due to this guidelines mandated by our state we are taking steps to minimize contact and stay safe. One step we are taking is to provide touchless transactions. When you book your next appointment we will hold your visit with your card and keep it on file for future visits. Thank you for your support!


A MESSAGE FROM HALO

All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge based on the services booked. A no show will incur a 100% charge.

Split the cancellation charge based on your current commission plan with the team.

Thank for being a loyal and supportive client of Halo A Salon And Spa. We value your belief in us and we have always taken your safety and health with the upmost seriousness and care.

As licensed professionals it is not only our job, it’s our commitment. The recent events of this crisis have changed they way each of us live our lives and that’s no different here at the salon. With that in mind we want walk you through what we are doing as a business to ensure your safety and health.

Your care and comfort mean everything to us. We will have an extra $3.00-$5.00 added onto your service to cover added cost for PPE & PPG . Thank you for taking a moment to review this. We appreciate your patronage.

Late Arrivals
We always do our best to accommodate, but we regret that late arrivals cannot always receive an extension of scheduled times because of booking restrictions and will be responsible for full service fees if more than 20 minutes late.

Child & Infant Policy
We love your little ones and want to keep them safe! For the safety of our little guests they are prohibited in the service area unless they are having a service done. Older children (12+) must act like little adults, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area.

Refund Policy
If for any reason, a client is dissatisfied with any services please inform the front desk manager before leaving the salon. Halo Salon has a no refund policy on all services. We will make every attempt to satisfy our guests and accommodate any adjustments

Product Return Policy
We do not offer refunds for returned products, but we do want you to find the product that suits you best! We can exchange the product (if less than half used) or put a credit on your account.
